THE IDEA BEHIND SIDEQUEST

Life isn't a
straight line.

Some days, the tiny things take a lot. An overflowing list, an unanswered message, a project with no obvious beginning.

Sidequest is a learning space built around a simple idea: useful support should leave you with something small to try, not another impossible list.

The sample lessons here are practical prompts. Take what fits, leave what doesn't, and adapt everything.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Do I need to work through every lesson?

No. Pick the lesson that feels most useful today. You can revisit any lesson, and there is no deadline or streak to keep alive.

Is this specifically for people with ADHD?

The sample content is about everyday planning and getting started. Anyone can try it. It isn't clinical advice, an assessment, or a substitute for support from a qualified professional.
